Launch
A$1,990 from, one-off
Everything a business of one to ten people needs to get online properly, in about two weeks from the day your content is ready.
Founding client offer. Our first three Launch clients pay A$1,490, in exchange for a short testimonial and permission to show the work.

- Your domain, registered or tidied up in your business's name
- Business email for up to five people (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
- A website of up to five pages
- An enquiry and quote form that lands in your inbox
- An online booking page
- Google Business Profile, where your business is eligible
- Two-step sign-in, email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and account recovery
- A password manager you own
- Website analytics and Google Search Console
- A handover sheet and a 30-minute walkthrough
- 30 days of fixes after launch
Not included
- Writing all your content from scratch (we edit what you give us)
- Logo design or photography
- Online shops, payments or custom systems (quoted separately)
Care
A$99 from, per month
Or A$990 a year. We keep your setup running and secure, and handle the small changes. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice. You keep everything.
Included
- Uptime monitoring for your website
- Domain and renewal tracking
- DNS management
- Monitoring of your email security reports
- Up to an hour of small changes each month
- A quarterly security review: two-step sign-in, admin accounts, recovery and email security
- Replies by the end of the next business day

- After-hours emergencies
- New features or pages (quoted separately)

Questions
Do I own everything?
Yes. Your domain, email, website and every other account are set up in your business's name and paid for by you. We get admin access to do the work, and you can remove it any time.
I already have a domain or email. Can you work with it?
Yes. We'll work with what you have, or recommend moving it if that would save you money or trouble.
Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
Either. We'll recommend one based on how you work and what you already use.
Can I edit the website myself?
Small changes are included in Care. If you'd rather make frequent changes yourself, we can build your site on an editor you can use instead.
What happens if I stop Care?
You keep everything. We hand back full control and remove our access.
Do you work outside Sydney?
Yes. Setups run remotely anywhere in Australia. In-person help is available in Sydney.
